Holiday Apartment Type A
The holiday apartment type A is a cosy holiday home for 2 to 6 people and has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-cum-living room with a dining table, sofa, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, satellite TV, phone, wireless internet, safe and a light bathroom with a wash stand, WC, shower, bidet and hair dryer. Enjoy the sun’s rays on your furnished balcony or terrace after an eventful day. Holiday apartment type A on the ground floor has been adapted to meet the needs of guests with physical disabilities.

The holiday apartment type B offers space for 4 to 6 people and has two bedrooms, a kitchen-cum-living room with a dining table and sofa bed, a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, satellite TV, phone, wireless internet, safe and a light bathroom with a wash stand, WC, shower, bidet and hair dryer. Enjoy the sun’s rays on your furnished balcony or terrace after an eventful day.

General Information
- The holiday apartments are equipped with bedding and towels.
- There is a common room, a washroom with washing machine and dryer, and a ski room in the building. A covered parking space is available for your car.
- The apartments are no smoking apartments. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or terrace.
- You are requested to make your reservation in writing. After receipt of the deposit, your reservation will be considered binding.
- Apartments are available from around 3.30 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, you are requested to vacate your apartment by 9.30 am. Subject to availability, these times may vary on a case by case basis.
- Unfortunately it is sometimes possible that guests are unable to take their holiday and it has to be cancelled. There is no right of withdrawal under Italian consumer protection legislation – however Residence Flöckinger applies the following cancellation terms: Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained. Cancellation until 15 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit. Cancellation from 14 days befor the arrival: 70% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit. In case of early departure or late arrival we will calculate the full rate.
You are requested that you notify us of cancellations in time and in writing. Information in accordance with part III, subsection III, paragraph I of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
